Delete Unwanted Applications from Facebook
Mainly that spam come into your account with different types of applications, which applications you have install into your Facebook account. So first your have to delete those unwanted applications. Click on Facebook Settings on the upper right beside Facebook home button, where is log out button. Click on Account Settings, Click on Apps on the upper left bookmark button or go to direct your Application Page. Here is that application which you have install earlier. Check those applications, delete unwanted applications.
Delete Fake Facebook Events
Spammer’s second choice is event. So you need to delete fake event which you have accepted or pending. Go to Facebook events, on the left bookmark button on Facebook Home. Keep your mouse on the event button there will be a more button click on it or there click on Events. Or your go directly on your events page Click Here. Click on unwanted event, there you will get a pop-up click on Remove this Event, on the left of that pop-up’s left bottom. With that same process delete unwanted all events.
Dislike Unwanted Fan Pages
There are some applications which always content application, I don’t mean those all are harmful, but some spammers also use fan pages. So you should check your liked fan pages, you need to dislike those unwanted pages. Go to Facebook Fan Pages, on the left bookmark button on Facebook Home or go directly on your Facebook Page Likes. Remove unwanted fan pages from your Facebook account.
Delete YouTube Extension or YouTube Add-on
I face an amazing problem with Facebook, that is when I wanted to login into my friend’s Facebook account, it’s automatically redirect to Youtube.com and showing a video. Then I open another tab and login into Facebook after loading home page, there I was finding a video is loading to open. If you face such types of problem, you have to go into your extension/add-on page of your browser; there you will find a new YouTube extension/add-on. You have to delete that extension/add-on. How will you delete an extension? For Google Chrome: click on Chrome Setting on the right top with address bar, click on Options, then Extensions, and delete unwanted YouTube extension. For Firefox: click on Tools (for updated Firefox: Firefox > Firefox > Tools), then Add-ons, Extension, and delete unwanted YouTube add-on.
Delete/Remove Spam Status
Though that post was posted on your Facebook wall, so that post may be also posted on your Facebook friends news feed. So you need to control that post to publish on your Facebook friends news feed, because it too much prestige issue also. So after all projection you need to block and delete that post from your Facebook wall. Just on your Facebook wall and find that spam post, scroll your mouse point on right side of that post, there will must show a button click on that button, there will you find a option called Delete/Block. Just click on that button and delete and block that application. Hopefully those problems will be solved.
With the same processes you can also unwanted Leave Group, if you want. I don’t think with group spammer can reach you.
