instructor to help you out with figuring out how much weight you should 
lift and how many repetitions you should make. Doing an hour of 
anaerobic exercises can keep your metabolism high for up to 48 hours. 
This means that if you go to the gym 2-3 times a week you will be in 
great shape. If you prefer, you can do these exercises at home.
