Researchers found that many of us seek inspiration when we're not bogged down by the craziness of our days — and can finally get a minute to think around this time. On the flip side, most people confessed that they feel the least inspired around 4:30 p.m. after a full day of work. "Your blood sugar is often
lower at this time, and you hit a late-afternoon lull," explains Phillips, leaving you more focused on grabbing a bite and getting home than indulging your inner creative genius.
